tested ebuild just copied the 0.5.0

Since update to SHA-256 cert, lpass operations will fail with

"Error: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA
certificates."

Use new cert.

Fixed in 0.5.1

Tested on my machine with attached ebuild

    app-admin/lastpass-cli: remove old versions 0.3.0 and 0.5.0

    Versions of lastpass-cli prior to 0.5.1 will fail with:
    "Error: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates."
    This is due to updated SHA-256 certificate.
