Description boxcars 2015-04-27 20:24:28 UTC
The current-in-Gentoo dictionaries are from 2008 and are missing a lot of words, e.g. "inbox". Newer dictionaries are available from http://wordlist.aspell.net/dicts/

Would you like to proxy maintain this?

Thanks

I would like to, but I can't right now. I looked into it some earlier this year, but real life caused me to drop the ball. Hopefully sometime in the next few months I'll be able to submit a working ebuild.

Bumped in git. It works OK for me but I'm not too familiar with dictionary stuff so please review.

Thank you! I couldn't find a single source oxt which had all the dictionaries -- I'm glad you did.

All the dicts WFM with hunspell. I don't know how to test with aspell.

A note: myspell-en-20081002 should probably remain in the tree, in case anyone ever needs the so-called Oxford spellings.
