Renaming the current ebuild does work, but i think kernel options checks should be updated wrt latest (included) check-config.sh.

It fails on a hardened system though. docker-1.5 was installed on the same system without any problem.

It has been bumped in the docker-overlay, so should be ready to be copied into the tree.  I've given xarthisius a ping on IRC about this, but I don't think he'd mind too much if someone beat him to it. :)
