capisuite is not a pazch management script.
It's a set of scripts forming a python library to ease the access to CAPI functions for python developers.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -s capisuite

Actual Results:  
Description: patch management script

Expected Results:  
Description: python library for easy CAPI acces from python

I give it major, not because it is a big problem, but it makes expected
functionality inaccessible, functionality searched for hidden and as a resulr it
would make portage useless over time. So in some way it breaks three things
seriously at the same time :D
