Tests pass if x11-libs/gdk-pixbuf with (at least) USE=jpeg is installed.

right?

We have
cairocffi-0.6/docs/pixbuf.rst:The :mod:`cairocffi.pixbuf` module uses GDK-PixBuf_
cairocffi-0.6/PKG-INFO:        Additionally, the :mod:`cairocffi.pixbuf` module uses GDK-PixBuf_

which confirms the above. Initially I was to add it behind "test? ( )" however this reads to apply to the package as  whole, not just the testsuite. The only imperfection is;

cairocffi/test_pixbuf.py ...F

on 1 test under pypy which appears to be due to a way in which pypy differs in its reading of data;
"
E ValueError: cannot find the underlying address of buffer that is internally <SubBuffer object at 0x10d4458>
"

Any opinion to the contrary to commit the above (under a revbump)?
