Yes, it is indeed a bug.  This is as far as I was able to get though.

I have added DEPENDs on those two libraries and hopefully made orange build with newer versions of gcc. Sorry for any problems this caused, and thanks for reporting this bug. Closing this bug as its fixed in CVS. If you still have problems with it please reopen the bug.
