Would it be possible to unmask epstool on amd64?  There are no bugs in bugzilla and I know of no problems with it myself.

The last time I brought up "unmasking", there was some debate as to the meaning of "to mask".  To be clear of the correct terminology, here is the output from emerge:
- app-text/epstool-3.04 (masked by: ~keyword)
