xfce4-taskmanager-1.1.0.ebuild

New taskmanager released with XFCE 4.12.

Is it okay to use gtk3 by default? I've used the gnome team policy to guide my choice: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Gnome_Team_Policies

I would think that xfce-specific applications, for the moment, are better linked against gtk2 than 3.

Changed from previous:
- depends on GTK3-libs
- uses GTK3 by default

Thanks for the patch. It's really late, so I'm going to work on it more tomorrow.

As for GTK+, I think in this case it'd be best to provide explicit choice between GTK+3 and GTK+2. I'm not fluent with xfce macros, so I'll check how to handle that tomorrow.

Done in the morning. Added USE=gtk3 to control using GTK+3 (vs GTK+2 by default).
