spacefm-9999.ebuild with video-thumbnails support

This ebuild adds support for video thumbnails via IUSE. It's enabled by default like upstream does.

I have tested it with and without the USE flag enabled, and both build and function as expected.

I'll be attaching the updated metadata.xml file that includes the USE flag description next.
