Also, why does the web-apps herd own this?  Is this more abandonware?

- version bump (so now it actually compiles, which can't be said of the version
currently in Portage)

can you elaborate please? the current version compiles fine for me.

that would be fine, but what about removed "append-ldflags -Wl,-z,now" line?
also you erased crypt and mysql useflags.

The attached ebuild was written almost a year ago and was based on a very old
version. I haven't tested the versions in Portage since, so I'm sure they compile.

The attached ebuild is just proof of webapp.eclass concept for linesrv, in case
anyone's interested.

I'll come up with an improved revision in a couple of days. Also, I'll change
herd to net-dialup since web-apps seems to be inactive these days (hardly is a
web application anyway).
