Currently "Ebuild Maintenance" is a subsection of "Ebuild Writing". IMHO this doesn't fit, as it describes important concepts like stabilisation or package removal which are separate from ebuild writing. It used to be a (top-level) chapter in the old Developer Handbook, too. I therefore propose to move this one level up in the section hierarchy. I can prepare a patch if this is accepted.
