dev-python/gnome-keyring-python 2.32.0-r1 is supposed to install the file /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/gtk-2.0/gnomekeyring.so, but it only installs the empty directory /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/gtk-2.0 and the documentation.

The file gnomekeyring.so is not built and installed.

can you attach your full build.log and emerge --info

Reinstalling gnome-keyring-python in order to get the build.log built and installed gnomekeyring.so correctly. I don't know what went wrong during the previous installation.

So for now I close the bug as invalid.
