When I try to change/set the background image of kdesktop I get this error message: "/usr/kde/3.2/share/wallpapers/kde_box.png is a file, but a folder was expected." STDOUT says: "KDirWatch: /usr/kde/3.2/share/wallpapers/kde_box.png is a file. Use addFile!" This does not prevent setting the wallpaper image, but seeing every time the error message is quite annoying. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Righ click on a kde desktop -> Configure Desktop.. -> Background 2.Try to select an image as wallpaper 3.See the error message Actual Results: Error message: "/usr/kde/3.2/share/wallpapers/kde_box.png is a file, but a folder was expected." Expected Results: Quietly change wallpaper. xorg-x11, qt 3.3.2, linux kernel 2.6.7-rc3-mm1
It seems like it has been fixed in kde 3.3beta2. Closing.
