I've renamed /usr/bin/fio -> /usr/bin/fiona Please try re-emerge Fiona to verify.

yes, I've updated ebuild. You've to emerge --sync first.

I've double checked that right now, and indeed, it's updated. It's version stays the same, but it's contents is bit different. I know that there is new version: 1.5.1 but there is another dependency that I need resolve first, so you have to wait some time before upgrade. Right now, please try re-emerge Fiona-1.4.1 and check if filename conflict still exists. Best regards
