sys-firmware/iwl7260-ucode-0.12.16.25.ebuild

Last month the linux-wireless team announced[1] version 12 of the iwl7260 firmware. This ebuild works for me for the new version and includes only 2 changes over 0.10.11.23 ebuild

1.) update the required kernel version to 3.19 as per the firmware page
2.) change the URL format for SRC_URI. The old URL does not seem to work for the new package.

  Bump iwl7260-ucode to 0.10.15.23 (upstream write the version number components
  reversed) for kernel 3.17+ and 0.12.16.25 for kernel 3.19+. Fixes Bug 540316 -
  sys-firmware/iwl7260-ucode-0.10.13.23 version bump - thanks to David Flogeras
  for reporting.
