Please add ebuild for polish manual pages into gentoo portage tree.

Thanks for the ebuild submission. Before it's included in the Portage tree a few things will have to be fixed, though:

- change the header to follow Gentoo standards. You'll find the correct in any ebuild from Portage. Please note, that the 'maintainer' line will have to be removed.
- have you tested the ebuild on ppc and hppa? If you haven't, please remove this arches from KEYWORDS.
- change x86 to ~x86 in KEYWORDS. The package will be marked stable when it receives an appropriate amount of testing.
- remove all hashed lines (eg. '#emake || die'). They are unnecessary and they will only make the Portage tree bigger.

Thanks for your work, I've just committed the new package. I had to make a few touchups here and there, please have a look at the version that's now in the Portage tree.
