ald (Assembly Language Debugger) is a debugger at the assembly level, only works on x86. It was requested in bug 54298. I'm not sure of the correct category, so I'll leave that up to you ;) Not sure of any depenancies besides the optional ncurses. Miles Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

Should I ask when will this ebuild be inserted into portage ? I know I can install it manually, but don't now how to properly generate digest ... ebuild /usr/local/portage/sys-devel/ald/files/digest-ald-0.1.7 digest !!! Name error in al !!! Error: PF is null 'digest-al'; exiting.
Sorry. Copy & paste from wrong place. After using ebuild path and not missing file path, ald sucessfully installed. Still, should I ask when will this ebuild be inserted into portage ?
I've added it as dev-util/ald to the tree.. With myself as the maintainer and dev-tools as the backup herd
