Created attachment 398860 [details] emerge --info Vanilla sources have deblob disabled since months because 359865, but vanilla-sources never triggered this bug, seems to be just a gentoo-sources problem. I have been modifying manually vanilla-sources ebuilds every time I do a emerge sync. Please, re-enable deblob by default for vanilla-sources. I'm currently with 3.19.1 without problems, also 3.18 and 3.17 haven't problems neither. Thanks.
Unfortunately, the deblob script versions do not accommodate the way we release kernels. If upstream changes the name for every release, like deblob-19-anyuniquenumberhere Then it would work. But since they don't, it breaks every time they do a release. If you can convince upstream to change their naming, then we can bring it back. Good luck.
