Hey, this is my first ebuild so dont be too picky :)

TkWeather is a simple weather monitoring program, that allows you to monitor multiple cities at the same time. Included is a patch to fix the design problems in the program (dependance on being in ~/bin). I siggest app-misc. It depends on  tk, expect and it needes telnet to connect to the weather server. The dependancy on expect will cover the tk dependancy.

some cosmetic fixes, and inherit eutils, as it it now needed by epatch

I've realized that this program has long since been abandoned, and shouldn't really be put in portage.
