x11-libs/libsvg-cairo-0.1.6 install /usr/libx32/libsvg-cairo.la which contains:

..
dependency_libs=' -L/usr/libx32 -L/usr/lib64 -lsvg -lpng -ljpeg -lz -lxml2 -lcairo'
..

This leads to issue as in #542612

Should not we drop that .la files ?
