Description Thomas Otvald Jensen 2002-07-22 17:53:26 UTC
Hi,

I have just created an ebuild file for Giram (3d modeller for povray).
The build is Glib2.0 and GTK2 dependend, and I have also added povray dependency
as well.

I suggest it be installed in media-gfx/giram.

Best regards,
Thomas Otvald Jensen

Hi Thomas

Thanks for a submission!

Re these use flags: there are no conditional dependencies, all they do, AFAICS,
is to make a few features optional. Is there any downside to just installing a
full package (other that slightly larger size)?
These flags you use are not official ones (list is kept in profiles/use.desc)
and creation of a new official use flag requires some backing, such as use by
multiple packages or denoting a really big features...
For now I removed these checks and just added the flags directly to
configure. Please let me know if there are any problems with that.

I also moved config files to /etc/giram from under /usr/etc/giram

Ebuild is committed, please test.

George

No responce for a long time, and new version is already in portage.
