http://api.gentoo.org/overlays/repositories.xml has:

  <!DOCTYPE repositories SYSTEM "/dtd/repositories.dtd">

http://api.gentoo.org/dtd/repositories.dtd is 404.

Should we put the DTD in api-gentoo-org repository?

www.g.o serves DTDs. Path is fixed now.
