This was on an armv7 board, (raspberry pi). 

The specific failure seems to be 

../../gfx/ycbcr/ycbcr_to_rgb565.o: In function `mozilla::gfx::ConvertYCbCrToRGB565(unsigned char const*, unsigned char const*, unsigned char const*, unsigned char*, int, int, int, int, int, int, int, mozilla::gfx::YUVType)':
ycbcr_to_rgb565.cpp:(.text._ZN7mozilla3gfx20ConvertYCbCrToRGB565EPKhS2_S2_PhiiiiiiiNS0_7YUVTypeE+0xc0): undefined reference to `mozilla::gfx::yuv42x_to_rgb565_row_neon(unsigned short*, unsigned char const*, unsigned char const*, unsigned char const*, int, int)'

Perhaps 24 is too old?

Please excuse my first comment. This wasn't on an arm7, it was in an arm6 chroot running on qemu-arm. (though, the same failure does happen on my arm7 raspberry pi 2 board directly, both with an arm6 environment and an arm7 environment.)

24.x is a dead branch please test and use 31.x

Ok. Can it be moved to unstable on ARM then? 24.3 is the only stable version of firefox on ARM.
