An update with new use-flags for cxx, fortran and openmp crash the build in the upper compile phase.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge the package with these use-flags: "cxx* fortran* nls nptl openmp* sanitize"

Build aborts

There is no gcc ebuild in the sci overlay. What is this report about?
