This package is massively b0rk, it doesn't even download the merlin source tarball from merlin.org/sawfish so I'm going to mark it -* until someone who cares and uses sawfish fixes it to just install the merlin extensions over sawfish OR to work installing a whole sawfish patched with the more risky patches from merlin.

this should probably go, i have a feeling it is completely unmaintained (it was last time i looked at it, long ago).

Just wondering what the consensus is on this.  If the package has been broken for a year, and it's unmaintained, then we might want to drop it.

Just nudging this bug along towards resolution.
