new ebuild

This ebuild was generated with g-pypi, which apparently is going bye-bye in the not-too-distant future. I figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to get it into Portage before that happens.

The description picked up by g-pypi says it's for Python 3, but it built a module for Python 2.7 as well as 3.3 on my system.

python-nmap is now at version 0.5.0. I've version-bumped the ebuild in my overlay, which is available through Layman:

It went away for a bit, but I just knocked together an ebuild for v0.7.1. It's in my overlay, which you can install through layman if you're interested.
