Please add touchegg multitouch gesture recognizer to portage so we can configure trackpads and touchscreens with multitouch gestures.

I will need some time (and likely help) to get set up. I'm on IRC somewhat regularly. I'm attaching another patch file. I've asked the dev if the changes in CMakelists.txt can be made upstream so the patch is unnecessary.
