Method for importing gpg keys on releng page[1]
uses subkeys.pgp.net as a keyserver, which mostly doesn't work (or doesn't work at all), so if it is possible to make this better by listing alternative keyservers, or some other method for importing keys (direct download links from gentoo servers, ...?)

I found another place in documentation where this needs to be fixed, I can file another bug if needed.

This is probably shared part of handbook between arches, but this one is amd64, and used as "example":

The brief instructions I added to https://www.gentoo.org/downloads/signatures/ already mention a different server.

seems to be fixed on the releng side, as a3li mentioned. for the AMD64 handbook, please use the "discussion" tab on the appropriate wiki page for any suggestions on other pgp keyservers.
