We are having some packages that show the QA warning about missing configure options but are really false positives because that warnings come from another configure instance that is not the parent one (some examples are libgphoto2, gnome-documents...)

You have, for example, this:

But there are more cases out of "gnome world". We are unsure if this warning should be shown in this cases then:
