sci-libs/gts-20121130 should be enhanced with a new local use-flag gtk-doc if some components really need it. gtk-doc pulls in some gnome stuff and that is not needed by freecad users under kde.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.unmask needed packages for freecad
2.emerge -avt freecad
3.
Actual Results:  
pulls in gnome related stuff

Expected Results:  
able to use freecad under kde without gnome stuff
