Description Nikoli 2015-02-19 16:19:32 UTC
When syncing with rsync://134.147.32.114/gentoo-portage it "updates" my portage tree to older copy, happened today and yesterday. Syncing with other mirrors works fine.

Confirmed and sponsor mailed.
Comment 2 Nikoli 2015-02-20 12:08:04 UTC
Alex, no, it is not only low update frequency: 'emerge --sync' did not print such warning:
"
>>>
>>> SERVER OUT OF DATE: rsync://134.147.32.114/gentoo-portage
>>>
>>> In order to force sync, remove '/usr/portage/metadata/timestamp.chk'.
>>>

>>> Retrying...
"

Instead it downgraded tree to older version. The only explanation is wrong timestamp.chk in 134.147.32.114 rsync server.

Monitoring indicates everything is fine now.
