I bumped to new version on my overlay it can compile but still need to be tested. https://github.com/aliceinwire/overlay/tree/master/dev-python/pypy/ From the http://pypy.org/download.html url also i don't see pypy 2.5.0 for py3

Thanks for your efforts.
Sorry, one more thing: shouldn't you bump the virtual, too?
pypy-2.5.1 is already available, by the way.
I've committed 2.5.1 without keywords. Now I'm going to try to build the binary packages.
Bump done, binary packages in place. Now we wait till someone figures out new bugs :).
