I have noticed,

when using buildpkg on one host
and getbinpkg on others
the dependencies aren't resolved
e.g. only the iojs package is pulled
but not
net-libs/http-parser
dev-libs/libuv

should I create a new bug?

Darko: you're correct; libuv and http-parser should live in RDEPEND. As for the bump itself, it's actually already commited. Patrick, if you're doing an -r1; please depend on http-parser 2.3.0 over latest since upstream reverted.

Right now there's a new version of http-parser 2.4.2

iojs-1.6.2 was built using http-parser 2.4.1

when doing emerge -avuD @world http-parser is being upgraded but iojs isn't marked for re-compilation

I just did the same thing and got a warning about @preserved-rebuild.
