Hi,

on https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Kernel/Experimental#Dealing_With_Patch_Conflicts_.28if_you_use_User_Patches.29 we write

This is wrong, we don't match "*BFQ*", we only match "BFQ*".

Also, consider adding a paragraph to explain where to find the patch names to use with UNIPATCH_EXCLUDE...
