ebuild for linux-atm tools. Yer gentoo is really fun. It misses some extremely
important ebuilds. vconfig, atm, ..., next will be zebra.

Incorrectly descripted, though. Not to knock anyone's work, but that package is actually the full atm distribution, which provides the atm kernel package as well as atm tools and info. Unfortunately, the current ebuild lacks the proper depends on perl and a 2.4.x source tree for patching the kernel, as well as (IIRC) the proper headers against which to build the atm enabled ppp daemon over which the atm connection is most likely to be employed. My suggestion would be to switch to this package supplying the kernel patch, and that the atm package be built separately, to achieve proper header deployment, and to avoid confusion with 2.6 kernels. I have a current net-libs/atm I'd be willing to submit provided the copyright header stays intact, or I suppose someone else could whip one up. Also of note is that without an atm patched pppd, this package will be nearly obsolete
( sort of " I've got a smoke,someone gimme a light" scenario ).
