Qt5 is fully translated to Ukrainian.
Qt Creator is translated ~80% to Ukrainian, however this is calculated for all plugins (including clearcase and perforce).
As a Qt/QtCreator translator I confirm that everything related to C/C++ development is translated.

Steps to Reproduce:
There is no linguas_uk USE flag in ebuild.

Yes, uk is language code for Ukrainian language.

LANGUAGES in translations.pro doesn't include Ukrainian, that's why I left it out...

Well, unfortunately translation.pro isn't reliable source.
According to check-ts.pl only languages translated for more than 98% of string should be included.

But they have cs (81%), fr (72%), etc.
