a new version has been released by E. Downey which compiles fine on Gentoo within the same settings that 3.5.2 requires. Would be nice if some genooist could update the ebuild for 3.6.0.

Patrick: Why did you mark it only ~x86 ? 3.5.2 was marked "x86 ppc ~amd64" ! I added "~ppc" and "~amd64" for the new version as well.

Oh, just because of our development policy. It should be keyworded for the arches it is _know_ to work on. It is a different version (not just some trivial patch), I could only test it for x86 so I marked it ~x86.
