I tried to install libclc but gcc says it's redeclaring builtins, I'm not certain if this is a bug or if this is just a cross platform name clash.

This version of libclc is no longer in portage. Can this bug be reproduced on newer versions?

Please reopen if you still see this issue with recent libclc/llvm/clang.
