I just tried to emerge kdelibs-3.2.3 and it fails with the following error log:

ok, after an emerge sync and an emerge -u world it works for me now. I don't know why, i didn't change anything, perhaps someone has fixed it.

I'll change status to WORKSFORME and after a while to FIXED.
