New major release of pecl-http

Reproducible: Always




It is completely incompatible to previous version.

2.x should never replace 1.x branch since it is a completely new API, should even be pecl-http2 (or something like that) but the author didn't care about this...

New versions added.  Both for 5.6 and 7.0
