Don't seem to be able to get GNU mailutils-0.3 to emerge on my P4 gentoo 1.4.

I confirm that mailutils-0.3 doesn't compile. I've mark mailutils-0.3.1-r1 stable in CVS. Please give it sometime to get to the mirror. Reopen if you you still have problem with this package. Thank you for reporting.
