fetching app-portage/etc-proposals-1.4.3-r3 fails:

The ebuild should use mirror://sourceforge instead.

Fixed and committed.  Give it some time for the change to propogate to the mirrors, re-sync and re-emerge.

I'm not sure yet why when I tested the ebuild before I committed it, it failed to indicate the failure.  But re-running it today unchanged did...
