Description Jan Essert 2004-06-12 16:56:19 UTC
I'm using kdegraphics-3.2.2, and if I open a standard pdflatex-made PDF with kpdf, it uses some standard-font (even for the maths part) which is extremely ugly

(see for yourself with this document:

http://www.mathematik.tu-darmstadt.de/Math-Net/Lehrveranstaltungen/Lehrmaterial/SS2003/AnaIV/skript/ein.pdf
)

while kghostview and xpdf render it quite nicely.

(except for kghostview being REALLY slow and xpdf not doing anti-aliasing)

So, what has to be done for kpdf to find the fonts?

I can confirm on kde 3.3.0

It's kpdf itself that has some problems, but recently it has been deeply updated. This bug is probably gone in CVS, and probably will make into 3.3.1.

closing. Please send reports to bugs.kde.org if you're still having problems.
