it should be http://adodb.sourceforge.net/
they changed because their previous connection was unreliable, I expect sf download mirroring too

Actual quote from the old page (which is still listed in the ebuild):

"This page is obsolete. Kindly note that the ADOdb home page has moved to http://adodb.sourceforge.net/ because of the persistent unreliability of http://php.weblogs.com. Please change your links!"

As mentioned by the reporter, adodb now benefits from sf mirroring. SRC_URI in the current ebuild really should be updated to reflect this - since sf is now the only official source for adodb

adodb 4.5.0 is in portage and has this change reflected.
