We're not going to add "random" packages to the install-cd. I can be convinced to add it to the admincd, though.

Hi, regarding information here https://www.gnu.org/software/wget/manual/html_node/HTTPS-_0028SSL_002fTLS_0029-Options.html wget should be capable to force https only by parameter "--https-only". unfortunately version of wget on latest admincd does not have it. above of that TLSv1_1 and TLSv1_2 is missing as well. It would be nice if wget could be updated, but most important part for me is git client. Thank you
OK, then what you're asking is to get wget-1.16.1 marked stable. As soon as that version is marked stable, it will be picked up by the admin-cd build job.

This should have been fixed with commit 10a448fbfe73beb4e4fcac5c1bf90f2f697df90d to the releng repo. Please reopen if there's anything still missing or failing.
