After latest update.

/etc/init.d/cupsd start tries to start by net.vpn0, while I have the following within my /etc/conf.d/net.vpn0:

rc_net_vpn0_provide="!net"
---

this used to work so far.

net-misc/netifrc-0.3.0 - tries to start net.vpn0
net-misc/netifrc-0.2.2 - works as expected

sys-apps/openrc-0.13.8

fixed in 0.3.1, at least for me.
