Another very commonly used vapoursynth-plugin for debanding. 

Upstream is not doing releases, their last github-archive is more than 2 years old and does not even include a build-system - trunk is still actively developed and builds fine, thus I provide only a live ebuild. 

After installation, all vapoursynth-plugins which are installed to system directories should place a symlink to their library in "${EPREFIX}"/usr/$(get_libdir)/vapoursynth to make themselves known as vapoursynth plugins (see comment in ebuild).
