Description Giacomo Perale 2004-06-11 16:20:13 UTC
changing permissions for /dev/misc/rtc in /etc/udev/permissions.d/50-udev.permissions has no effects

for example, I changed rtc:root:root:0660 in rtc:root:root:0664 and I found:

crw-rw---- 1 root root 10, 135 12 giu 01:09 /dev/misc/rtc

instead of what I expected to see:

crw-rw-r-- 1 root root 10, 135 12 giu 01:09 /dev/misc/rtc

I've fixed the problem by substituting rtc:root:root:0664 with:

misc/rtc:root:root:0664

(Sorry for my poor english)
