It's a shell scripting framework, using ImageMagick, for creating an IceWM pixmap meta theme for the KWin window manager, which obbeys the active KDE color scheme.

It's a really neat X/KDE improvement ...i'd love to see it in portage ^^

This seems to be an old request for a very old package. It's cluttering desktop-wm's list of open bugs.

I'm going to resolve this bug as WONTFIX; please do reopen the bug if anybody still has interest in it. In that case, I'll probably go ahead and commit an ebuild.
