The PayPal image is referenced by an insecure image path. This results in a insecure page element in IE. The correct path should

https://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/logo/paypal_logo.gif

Also while your at it you might want to grab that image and slap it into gimp or photoshop and resize that image. Sizing down an image by placing a width and height using html is also resulting in a distorted image.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. find a IE browser on a windoze box
2. go to https://store.gentoo.org/
3. you will see a pop up

Actual Results:  
Pop up warning

Expected Results:  
not resulted in a popup
